A larger image would be helpful, when seeking critiques, as it would allow for closer analysis of fine details.

There are several things about this piece that catch my eye, as I sit here and gaze at it, absorbing the scene and the details that comprise it.

The worst thing about it is Captain America's stance. His legs simply don't seem to be in the right stance, giving him a rather awkward look.

The vehicles on the right lane are noticeably smaller than the ones on the right lane. I assume that the left lanes, where the combat action is taking place, are on an elevated road, but it really isn't clear, when glancing at it.

What appears to be smoke trailing skyward from the buildings off in the distance could use greater variety. It's not a critical thing, but I think that less could have been more, here.

On the buildings closer to the viewer, is that fire or explosions? I don't like your rendering of those items.

Captain America's shield is bigger than he is, but that makes sense, since he is further away. However, while I know that he has thrown his shield, the shield, itself, has no motion depicted. Not having that motion is a big thing, I think.

Thor's head, I can barely see. I dislike his left leg, as it seems too straight, or maybe it's the left knee that I don't are for. Also, Thor's cape doesn't strike me as right. Maybe more flutter would help, not sure.

The Hulk looks pretty good, but his back is to me, and he is further away. Multiple superhero characters are further away than Captain America, and that makes Captain America's flaws stand out more.

That big ship thing in the center looks OK, though the details don't stand out good at this size of an image. To the left of it, though, there's a very noticeable difference in one row of windows on that building on the left hand side, in the center (the second from the left, with the first one the left being the biggest).

You have an action scene, but your characters depicted, while in action, show little action. Captain America's shield's lack of motion is exacerbated by the fact that his shield isn't bouncing off of multiple targets.

For a battle scene on New York City's streets, those battered cars managed to maintain their place in the lanes. Why are they so neatly on their respective lanes?

Don't take the criticisms wrong. All things considered, I think that you're a decent artist. Characters are not your strongest suit, but simultaneously, you have much of character art down pretty good. All of your characters are fairly decent looking. For many artists, that's simply not the case.

I suspect that this image would look much better, if inked.
